What it does

Instead of one narrow report, this tool runs nine review analyses over the same set of user reviews: feature requests, complaints, old habits users miss, bugs and crashes, reactions to updates, language and localisation demands, pricing sentiment, sentiment trends, and reviews that were never answered.

You select which analyses to include in the run, so a quick pass costs less than a full sweep.

How it works

Reviews are collected and classified with an AI pipeline, and the output is grouped by category with the underlying reviews kept alongside each finding — so a claim like "crash complaints are rising" can be traced back to the reviews it came from rather than being taken on trust.

Each run is stored as a report with its date, so previous analyses stay available and you can compare what users complained about last month with what they complain about now.

Who it is for

Product-minded developers who want the review backlog turned into a decision list: what to fix, what to build next, and what users are quietly asking for that no one has written down as a ticket.

Frequently asked questions

What does a run cost?
10 credits for the full set of analyses. The 7-day Pro trial includes 300 credits, which is enough to try a full sweep several times.
