Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations of MobVex subscriptions and credit package purchases. MobVex is operated by CEYMOB LLC. Payments are processed through Stripe.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation can be initiated through your account dashboard or by contacting us at info@ceymob.com.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You retain access to paid features for the remainder of the period.
  • After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Subscription Refunds

We do not offer refunds for subscription payments unless required by law. This includes partial month refunds for cancellations during a billing cycle.

3.2 Credit Package Refunds

Credit package purchases are generally non-refundable. If credits have not been used within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

3.3 Service Issues

If the Service experiences significant downtime or functionality issues that materially impact your use of paid features for an extended period, you may request a pro-rated refund. Each case is evaluated individually.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email info@ceymob.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We review requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

6. Free Plan

The Free plan requires no payment and may be used indefinitely. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free plan at our discretion with reasonable notice.
