What it does
Enter one or more competitor package IDs and the tool pulls their recent reviews and classifies what users are unhappy about: complaints, bugs and crashes, pricing sentiment, feature requests, habits users miss, language demands, update reactions and mentions of competing apps.
The result is an overview count per category — total reviews, number of competitors, and how many reviews fall into each weakness — followed by the reviews themselves.
How it works
Reviews are fetched from the stores and classified with an AI pipeline rather than keyword matching, so a complaint written in informal language is still grouped correctly. Every category can be filtered down to the reviews behind it, and an individual review can belong to more than one category.
That traceability is the point: the overview tells you where the gap is, and the filtered review list tells you what users actually said about it.
