Frequently asked questions
Can I get a refund?+
Subscriptions are non-refundable (except where required by law). For unused credit packs write to info@mobvex.io within 14 days of purchase; requests are answered within 5 business days.
How do I cancel?+
Cancel in one click from the Paddle customer portal. Your access stays open until the end of the billing period.
Do credits roll over?+
Monthly plan credits renew each month and do not roll over. Credit packs you buy stay in your balance.
How do I get my invoice?+
Payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record). Paddle emails the invoice and VAT details after payment.
Does the trial need a card?+
No. The 7-day Pro trial starts with 300 credits and no card; when it ends the account returns to Free and nothing is charged.
Can I downgrade?+
Yes. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period; until then you keep all the rights of your current plan.
