Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and restrictions governing your use of the MobVex platform and its associated APIs. By using MobVex, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Automated Access & Scraping

• Using bots, spiders, scrapers, or any automated means to access or extract data from MobVex.
• Making excessive API calls that degrade service for other users.
• Bypassing rate limits, credit limits, or access controls.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

2.2 Unauthorized Access

• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Intercepting or monitoring data not intended for you.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or destructive code.

2.3 Illegal and Harmful Use

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Promoting or facilitating illegal activities.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users.
• Uploading or distributing content that infringes intellectual property rights.

2.4 Service Abuse

• Reselling or redistributing Service outputs (reports, data, screenshots) as standalone products.
• Using the results of competitor analysis tools for purposes other than your own app improvement.
• Using the Service to target, harass, or harm individual app developers rather than for legitimate competitive analysis purposes.
• Submitting false or misleading information through the platform.

2.5 Resource Abuse

• Excessively consuming computing resources (CPU, memory, bandwidth) through abnormal usage patterns.
• Submitting an unreasonable number of analysis requests in a short time period.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities to gain credits, features, or access without authorization.

3. API Usage Limits

MobVex utilizes Firebase Cloud Functions and external APIs (Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Serper, Gemini AI). Reasonable rate limits apply per user:

• Credit-based tools are limited by your plan's monthly credit allocation.
• Free plan users are limited to 10 credits per day.
• We reserve the right to impose additional rate limits to protect Service stability.
• Excessive concurrent requests may be throttled or rejected.

4. Enforcement

We monitor usage to ensure compliance with this AUP. Violations may result in:

• Warning notices via email
• Temporary suspension of access
• Reduction of credit or API limits
• Permanent account termination without refund
• Reporting illegal activities to relevant authorities

6. Changes to This Policy
